Working with me can be both one-time (one session) and long-term.

At the first session, we can get to know each other, formulate your request, and, if we agree on ongoing therapy, discuss the frequency of meetings.

Usually the session takes place once a week. Sometimes more or less often, this is discussed individually.

The duration of one session is from 50 to 90 minutes, depending on the format.

In case of late arrival, the session duration will be reduced. We will work for the remaining time and the session will be paid in full.

If you are unable to arrive at the specified time, please notify us at least 48 hours before the session.

If you cancel your session with less than 48 hours notice or miss an appointment without notice, the missed (cancelled) session will be charged in full.

A missed session is not compensated in case of force majeure, such as illness, lack of internet, stuck in an elevator, air raid. That is, in case of circumstances beyond your control. I may also have force majeure circumstances.

Exceptions - if you are frequently on business trips or are a military member, and your work and life schedule is not stable, we can agree on more flexible rules for meetings and missed sessions

The online session is paid for before the scheduled meeting time.

There is no minimum or maximum number of sessions required. Therapy can be ended at any time when you feel that you no longer need it and can cope with life's challenges without support. We can schedule a final session to discuss the results of the work and summarize.

All information I receive from you and the details of our work are kept confidential from third parties (friends, family members, employers) and from organizations (tax authorities, police). Except in cases where there is a danger to your life and health, for example a high risk of suicide, or a threat to others. In such cases, I am forced to contact the appropriate services, and the confidentiality of the information may be violated.
